I have been playing lacrosse since the 3^rd grade, and I have met some of my closest friends through the sport. Playing a team sport taught me people skills: how to work together, get along with people, and meet new people. Forming bonds with each teammate strengths the team and the performance of the team. As a player, I think playing fluidly as a team is one of the most important aspects of the game, not making the selfish individual plays. In academics as well as sports, I have always been self-motivated and want to do my absolute best. I work hard and give my best effort in everything from training to school to helping my friends and teammates. I love being in a team environment, working together with amazing people, while playing the sport I love.
