The phrase "scholar athlete" is often tossed around with little consideration nowadays. However, I truly believe this phrase is applicable to myself and my experiences. Education comes first and foremost, and I regard it just as passionately as I regard lacrosse.
I fell in love with this sport at a young age, and ever since it has held a special place within me, which is why I wish to continue my athletic career at the collegiate level.
"Everything is impossible until someone does it." There is no challenge or obstacle that I will back down from. I love the sport, I love the game, and I am willing to go to great lengths to ensure that my team, myself included, is successful.
I am committed to becoming a better athlete who displays strong character, both on and off the field. The next step in my lacrosse career is here, and I am ready to rise to the occasion and take it.
