Since 6th grade, lacrosse has become one of my favorite sports. I was born into a lacrosse family if I liked it or not. My brother heavy influenced my decision to start playing lacrosse mostly because he designated me to be his passing partner when my father was not home. Since my dad was the coach of my brothers team, I would go and watch their practices and the sport really began to grow on me. Since starting lacrosse, I have learned that I am capable of picking up quickly on new concepts, I am able to react fast and smart to different situations and I am fiercely competitive.
My goals for high school are to continue pushing myself in my academics and continue being apart of The National Honor Society. My academic goals for college is to find a school that best fits my academic needs, challenges me, allows me to make mistakes and better myself from them. I am extremely hard working, considerate, thoughtful and resilient. My resilience has allowed me to over come many hardships life has thrown at me, such as things as small as not being able to learn a skill as fast as I wish I could, to more life changing events. I never give up on a task given to me. Since being placed in leader rolls, such as JV volleyball captain and vice president of my freshman class, I have the ability to help guide people around me. I have a very open mind and am willing to take on the tasks needed to be done.
