I'm now in my Sophomore year in high school, and I'm not certain what college major best suits me. I will tell you what interests me, though. I like reading, writing, and public speaking. Maybe law, business or political science would be a good fit for me. I don't mind reports and research. I like the little details of assignments (which you have to pursue independently), but I also like working with people. Maybe some kind of science or environmental work would complement a major in business, law, or politics. I like language, and I've a few former CIA and military people in my family. I visited Quantico this spring. I consider those options, and national security, as well. I've enjoyed all of my classes in high school so far. I doubled-up on mathematics this year, and so far it's going well. I really enjoy my AP Government class more than I expected. I feel good about my academics.
The one thing I know for sure is that I love playing lacrosse. Wherever I go to college, I want to play lacrosse. It's how I see myself--I am a lacrosse player.
