I have always wanted to be a Veterinarian. Since my dog Toby had both ACL's repaired I've decided I want to specialize in orthopedic surgery and work in an emergency critical care veterinary hospital. I started playing lacrosse at the age of 8 and fell in love with the sport. Lacrosse has become a passion and I am constantly looking for new challenges and ways to improve. I am known for my speed, stick skills, and lax IQ and am regularly commended by the coach of the opposing team at the end of each game. I was awarded the New Fairfield Middle School Kathryn Hendrickson Scholarship for Leadership - one of the greatest honors to be awarded at my Middle School. I am in Honors and AP classes and I hold myself to a high standard. As a starter freshman midfielder my team won the Class S State Championship in 2017 , and as a sophomore and co-captain, my team once again won: the Class S State Championship in 2018, the 2018 South-West Conference Championship, and the 2018 Patriot League Championship. I was awarded the 2018 South-West Conference MVP as well as All-State 1st Team. I recognize the gifts given me and I feel it's my responsibility to put them to the highest use. I am willing to invest whatever time and energy is required to fulfill my dream and vision of playing College Lacrosse while pursuing my degree in Veterinary Medicine. My drive and work ethic will guarantee I accomplish both.
