Summer 2018Personal Statement
I am nearly finished earning my private pilot's license. My career goal is to be a rescue helicopter pilot in the US Coast Guard.
I plan to study something in STEM, maybe engineering. I am still not sure.
This year at my school (Ethel Walker), I am a dorm proctor (student resident advisor) and a school cicerone (campus tour guide). I have also started the Ethel Walker Flight Club. I am running for class president (results TBD). I have been named a captain for the varsity ski team for upcoming season.
I really want to continue my lacrosse career in college. I am a hard working team player who treats her teammates like family. There is nothing I would not do for my teammates, and I have the bruises to prove it.
