Maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle both on the field and in the classroom has always been an essential in my life. My early high school years set me up for a challenge with this. An injury freshman year made a set-back into a come-back. As I have always been a multi-sport athlete, my courage, strength and motivation to fight to be a stronger athlete was inevitable. My hard work immediately awarded me a varsity spot for volleyball, gymnastics(alternate) and lacrosse. This level allowed me to gain knowledge and skills with each game to further improve my athletic abilities. As a sophomore, first year on varsity lacrosse, I earned an All-Conference and All-Area achievement. I am highly determined to make the most out of lacrosse in addition with my pathway to becoming a nurse. My personal enjoyment and professional competition is what drives me to pursue my lacrosse passion at the collegiate level. I believe that my continued lacrosse involvement in college will encourage me to reach my maximum capabilities in life.
