My name is Kherington Kennedy. I was a competitive gymnast for 11 years, and decided to switch gears to a new sport. Never having played another sport other than gymnastics, lacrosse was a big change for me. I was able to excel efficiently in this sport due to my coachable character and good work ethic. Much of my time and energy is dedicated to trying to become a better lacrosse player, as well as a better student. Academics are a very prominent feature in my life and a dominant goal of mine is to be successful in both academics and athletics.
