Hello! I am a great all-around player with strengths in assists, transitions and goals. I am a positive, uplifting and supportive athlete who is looking for a great lacrosse team that will be welcoming and feel like a second family. In addition to a close team, I am also looking for a college coach that will help guide me as I grow and improve as a player, but who will also teach me valuable life skills that will take me from the lacrosse field into the working world.
In a school, I am looking for an academically challenging college that will ensure that I put my schoolwork first, making me a competitive candidate for internships and careers. I am also interested in schools with rich history, great traditions and a small, close-knit student body.
I am taking advantage of the Coronavirus shutdowns and cancellations to pursue my own interests (becoming fluent in Spanish and taking online courses on Coursera) in addition to creating something that will outlast my time in high school. Within the last few months, I submitted a proposal to my school admin (which has been approved) to develop a Model United Nations team in my high school. I secured a teacher interested in sponsoring me, and am currently in the midst of advertising to a target-group within the student body to generate interest. Additionally, I am planning the yearly agenda which is expected to kick off in the fall of the next school year at which time I will play the lead role as the Club President. I know that I am undertaking a huge project, but I am fascinated by international relations, and how they affect all of our lives on a international, national, state and local scale, and am willing to take on that challange. I look forward to creating a team that will learn and grow with each other, and to establish a club that will be long-lasting.
