Lacrosse has always been a passion of mine. This spring will be my 10th year, nine of those being a goalie. The goalie position has disciplined me to become not only a better lax player, but a better teammate, and person. Having the position to direct teammates where they're unable to see the whole picture. With such a great view of the field, it only makes sense giving hand to show where they can improve, open opponents, or even just to give a compliment when I see them nail that new trick. Lacrosse has taught me how to eat better, better grades, workout more, and has increased my speed. Without lacrosse I would feel groggy and unmotivated to do better. Everyday stepping onto the field and stepping into that goal melts my stress and only gives me a clear focus, Im here for a purpose and I need to prove it. Once on the field that's where my head sticks until I step off. Lacrosse is where my priorities lie, and my heart.
