My goals in college are to be happy and accomplish goals like making the lacrosse team, maybe studying abroad to expand my Spanish, and completing college. When it comes to lacrosse it’s more of a passion for me and something that’s always been apart of my life and something that always will. I’ve made a family with so many teammates and my coaches and it’s something that makes the sport so impactful. It’s always easier for me to make bonds with the goalies because I used to play goalie and I know how to examen the field, also as a defender I have a very loud voice and I’m not afraid to use it. I feel as if I’ve always been a strong defender because I’m a protective person and protecting my goalie and my other teammates is what makes me better. I push to better myself and to always make my teammates look good. I have had a couple of injuries but it never stopped me from showing up to games and practices supporting my team from the sidelines. I always push myself to be stronger and to improve my skills not just because I need to but because I want to. I’ve always been told I am a coachable athlete in whatever sport I play, I love to learn and improve as an athlete and a student. Overall I’m an athlete that loves what I do and the people who are involved.
