Keely Alterio '20 Recruiting Profile

I aspire to continue what I have started since I was 6 years old, to be an athlete in college.  I want to be a major contributor to a Lacrosse team at the Collegiate level.  Being a team player is a big part of my character.  Whether it be on the soccer or the lacrosse field,  the diving platform or in class in the Chemistry lab, I like being both a contributor and leader of the team.  Being a long-time multi-sport athlete has afforded me great sportsmanship, speed, strength, agility and determination.  Knock on wood, I have never suffered an injury that has taken me out of the game.  I picked up Lacrosse easily last year and loved it, making the Varsity team and with my hard work, soon became a starter. I learned a lot from my teammates, and I am proud to see them make the decision to continue playing in college.  I will add my attributes to your team; commitment to excellence, strength, enduring passion for the sport and all my heart.
