Being pulled up to varsity as a freshman was such an exciting moment for me. Not only was this a goal of mine, but it made me more determined to become a better athlete all around. It helped me focus on what I wanted my future to be; a more aggressive and sharp attacker.
Throughout my high school career, my lacrosse team has always made it to playoffs, however, we did not win the Central Mass finals. Although it would have been such an amazing feeling to win with my team, I would not have learned the true meaning of unity, teamwork, responsibility, and leadership that the loss provided us with. I am looking for a college that can give me the necessary balance of academics and athletics. I’m confident that I have the power of making a positive impact on a college program and have the willpower, drive, and work ethic to be a part of a team. As a three-sport athlete for many years of my life, I know what it means to be dedicated and committed to anything I’m tasked with, especially my team.
