Eleanor Vander Molen '22 Recruiting Profile

I am a 2021 High School All American, a 2021 All State and a 2021 All State Academic athlete. Being a student athlete keeps me focused and on task. It allows me to dive deeper into what my school has to offer and helps me to make friends with people I might not otherwise meet.  Being on a team makes a large student body seem a little less overwhelming. I can't imagine going to college and not playing on a team. A team would give me an instant connection to my school and surroundings.  Once I choose a college, I want to stay there for my undergraduate years so a good fit is important to  both my studies and athletics. I am a good listener, a fast learner and a loyal teammate.  I am a team first player.  Although I love to score, I judge my success on  how I help the team succeed.  A  goal is a goal and I will leave nothing in the tank to help my teammates make that happen! To be a three sport athlete, a member of the National Honor Society , hold a part time job, and play at my current level,   I work very hard and make  sacrifices. I know I have more to learn and I am excited for the opportunities lacrosse can bring me.
