Personal Statement

I'm a 5'11 midfielder from Blaine, MN, currently attending Spring Lake Park Senior High School. I primarily play with a right handed cradle, but I am comfortable switching between right and left. I am currently a captain, and have started on Varsity since my freshman year, and I played on the Junior Varsity team a majority of my eighth grade year, moving up to Varsity to play in our state section games. Academically, I am enrolled in PSEO as a junior, and have taken numerous AP and Honors courses throughout high school

My goals for college are to study medicine and to continue my athletics with a school that best fits me. What makes me different from other recruits is that I am 100% committed to becoming a better player, and will do whatever it takes to reach my full potential. I bring a focused yet fun loving and optimistic attitude to my team, and am driven to make both the team, and myself as a player and person, better as a whole. Every year that I have played, I have continued to fall in love with the sport of lacrosse more and more. Win or loss, I find myself happier than ever, because no matter the score or record, I am doing something I truly enjoy.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
