Currently, my plan is to major in Biomedical Engineering and play lacrosse at a competitive level. Since this is my goal for college, I believe it's important to succeed today in my academics, athletics and give back to the community endeavors to best be prepared for my college experience.
I am proud of the fact that I was recently accepted into the Seacoast School of Technology (SST) Biomedical Technology Program. This will allow me to earn college credits towards a degree in this field while continuing to achieve high honors with all of my other AP and Honors high school level classes.
From an athletic perspective, following are the athletic honors that I am proud to share:
It's important to my family that we all give back to our community and therefore, I recently certified this spring as a girls’ youth lacrosse referee to mentor and provide leadership to the local youth girls. In addition, I was re-elected as a 2020 Class Official for the Exeter High School Student Senate.
In conclusion, I will share a brief statement from my freshman English teacher that I believe describes me well:
"I can only offer the highest recommendation for Raye Neil. It has been my pleasure to work with Raye, a student in my Honors Freshman English class, this 2016-2017 school year. I have had the opportunity to observe her work effectively as an individual and with her peers. Raye has proven to be a responsible, sophisticated student willing to stand up to challenges both inside and outside the classroom."
