My goal is to continue my lacrosse career in a collegiate setting as I further my education. I have wanted to be a special education teacher since 5th grade when I was a "Buddy", assisting in various activities during my lunch and recess 3 times a week with the special education classes.
Last year, as a sophomore, I finished the season with 14 goals and 6 assists. During the off season, I continually worked to improve myself using feedback my coaches gave me to improve my skills. Now, halfway through this season I have 16 goals and 5 assists. I contribute this improvement to my openness to feedback, desire to continuously improve and my commitment to my teammates.
My hope is to be able to carry out my goals where I can continue to push myself to be the best I can be both on the field and in the classroom.
