My name is Julianna Duff and I am in the class of 2024. I have been playing lacrosse since 3rd grade and have found that I love playing defense. I started playing with my township team and in fifth grade started playing travel with the Avalon lacrosse team. That same year I also started club lacrosse with Southshore Lacrosse. In sixth grade I was looking to sharpen my skills and switched from Southshore to South Jersey Select. I love playing for them and am currently on their pink 2024 team. Last year I started playing for my high school’s (Ocean City) varsity lacrosse team .
Along with Lacrosse, I also play Field Hockey and Swim for my high school. I started swimming for a local swim club when I was six years old. All of my years of swimming paid off when I made varsity as a freshman. I love being involved in my school and community. I have joined a number of clubs including: Bestbuddies, Ski club, DECA and Class Council. My great aunt was special needs and inspired me to be apart of Best Buddies. It’s one of my favorite organizations I volunteer for.
I care very much about my grades and am looking for a college to better me on and off the field. I am a diligent worker and push myself to maintain exemplary grades and take honors and AP classes. I am very excited to further my lacrosse and academic career in college!
