Jamie Biddleman '16 Recruiting Profile

When I first stared playing lacrosse I would never of expected to love it so much and even a chance to play it in college. I have come over many obstacles both on and off the field. From joining lacrosse in eighth grade and not knowing a single thing about this sport to now all I do is this about it. Thinking about the calls made by reffs and the different plays we do. Something that is really hard for me is my learning disability which is really tough but lacrosse makes me do better and pushes me. When going to college I want to study Special Education because of my little sister who has Autism. I am a very tough player on defense and hate it when people beat me and all i want to do is become better so next time when I see them they can not beat me. And I always think of my favorite quote before every game "Somewhere, someone is practicing. And when you meet her on the field, face to face, one on one, she'll beat you. Unless that someone who is practicing is you. So work the left, run the stairs, crank the corners. Give it eveything you've got, everyday. And when you get tired and fell like quiting, ask yourself, is the other girl tired? Is she quititng? Leave everything on the field and Go Hard or Go Home."
