Personal Statement
I am Jewel Marlowe and I attend the North Carolina School of Science & Mathematics. I am a dedicated student-athlete and I decided to transfer to NCSSM to take more rigorous classes, despite the school not having a lacrosse team. I am a dependable athlete that is communicates with my team, has great footwork and loves to intercept the ball. Due to my passion for lacrosse, I have organized a lacrosse club at my current high school and set time aside every day for practice as well as run track to stay active and improve my skills.
I aspire to become an astronaut and conduct research related to the computational and biological science of Mars. I am interested in colleges that will challenge me both on and off the field and allow me to grow into a more knowledgeable leader.
