Hello, my name is Leigha Dossa. I attend and play lacrosse at Walsh Jesuit High school as well as club lacrosse at Ohio Premier. These past couple years i have worked extremely hard at improving my skills. This past spring i played every position on the field and was ready to play whatever the coach needed. One thing that makes me a good team player is my flexibility on the field. Wherever I am willing to work hard! During school I have a hard-work ethic as well. Outside of school and lacrosse I have a job as a salesperson at a local sporting goods shop. I also partake in many service activities through my school. For example, in November I will be attending an Ignatian Teach-in on social injustices. I am very interested in history and politics and i enjoy being involved in learning about the social injustices and the ways I can help our world now. I also love the spanish language along with the culture. I am currently in my third year but I plan on continuing to study it. I am hoping to get the opportunity to study in a spanish-speaking country as well as do mission work in less fortunate countries. I am very passionate about playing lacrosse and I hope to find the school that is the right fit for me, athletically and academically.
