It was not until the beginning of 5th grade that I started to become passionate about lacrosse, and that was just the beginning. Before lacrosse I played basketball, soccer, rode horses, and did Girls on the Run. None of these sports lit as fire inside of me like lacrosse. At first, I had no idea what the sport was, I had no clue what I was doing but then I started to get the hang of things. I practiced every chance I got and everyday I had my stick in my hand.
My goal everyday is to be the most dominate defender on the field, a strong leader, and a reliable teammate. I have realized that there will always be that one person who is bigger or has more speed then me. I cannot control that but hustling everyday and putting in lots of work will get me to that high level. I am motivated to pursue perfection in every pass or catch during games and even practices. I will always work as hard in every practice as I do in games.
There has been several coaches/leaders that have helped me grow during the years. Their guidance has made me more committed to this sport. Also during these years I have been going to many lacrosse clinics. I have done collage, team, and school clinics.
I think I am a good candidate for many teams because I am an overall great lacrosse teammate. I am a clear communicator and a motivational leader. I am very easy to teach and learn from. I have the passion and drive you are looking for and have put in the work to get where I am. I never give up and especially in lacrosse. I will give it my all until I can be the best I can be.
