Annabella Quiles '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Annabella Quiles and I am a passionate women’s lacrosse goalie! Every time I step onto that field, I’m so grateful to be able to play such a magnificent sport! Some people don’t understand why a person becomes a goalie in lacrosse especially when you’re getting abused by lacrosse balls because sometimes players are having an off day, but what they don’t dig deep on is the eager and the excitement to be able to race with time to stop that ball. To hear the crowd cheering, because it was such a beautiful save that they thought you weren’t going to get it, but in the end you did! The adrenaline that goes through your body when you are going to get that ball is addicting, and the best part about it in a game is it just keeps going, the adrenaline. I’m so appreciative to be a goalie, because I finally found something I’m good at and something I love! I’d love to continue this sport in college, and hopefully I can, I have faith! Not only am I good on the field, but I also do well in school. Maintaining a 4.0 GPA, while also working at Hickory Falls and volunteering at Hanover Area Fire and Rescue! I’m a really energetic and out-doors person, so I like to help in anything and do everything!
