Hi, my name is Amelia tennis. I am a 2023 student at Westosha Central High School, I plan on going to college out of state and farther away from Wisconsin to experience new things. I'm very interested in majoring in Biology, anthropology, or communications because of how much I enjoy people and learning the science behind them. Another option would be Marine Biology but my preferences are always changing. I am a defender at heart but play midfield during school season because I think it's important to be able to carry the ball with confidence and work on my stick skills. I started playing lacrosse in 8th grade and I have improved so much since then. I was awarded Most Improved Player my sophomore season for kenosha storm lacrosse. With no freshman season due to Covid, my biggest improvement came from my club team, black lax. I attended clinics recommended by coaches and stayed after practice or came early for some extra reps. I was also nominated and selected to play for team Wisconsin, where I played in the USA Lacrosse national tournament in Maryland. I consider myself very dedicated and welcoming which is important on and off the field. When I'm not playing lacrosse I enjoy playing music and being around others.
