My name is Morgan Salars, I am 17 years old and a new resident of Florida. I have been a student athlete for all my life and have dedicated my life to academics and athletics. I have played many sports from Varsity Tennis to Club Softball. I joined crew after moving to Melbourne, Florida from Sonoma, California and have fallen in love with the sport and all the hard work that comes with it. As an ambitious athlete my goal is to go to college for women rowing with a substantial scholarship and work hard for my future as a rower and an ambitious individual entering the workforce.

- I have been weightlifting for two years now. I have been training with a certified personal trainer, Drew Karabel (321-830-3653) at Crunch Fitness for a year. Weightlifting is a big part of conditioning for me as a rower and I make sure to keep a balanced schedule of intensive cardio and specified muscle targeting weight training to maximize athletic endurance and strength.
