HI!
I am a very dedicated, determined, and highly competitive student and athlete. In fall of 2019, I started rowing with my club team, Wichita Rowing Association. On the first day of practice, I went from liking a sport to truly loving it and visualizing myself in rowing. Although it has only been a year of rowing, I have grown as a team member and individual rower. I have learned how the performance of the boat is clearly dependent on a team being as one.
Through rowing I found a new relationships in my teammates which have turned into a family. I am looking to share my determination and values and to continue to grow my skills and knowledge. My collegiate goal is to surround myself with like-minded people in a prestigious academic community, while rowing at the highest level I can.
