Personal Statement
I started rowing in Spring 2023 and it quickly became my favourite sport and my new and growing passion. Prior to this, my main sport was swiimming; I have been a competitiive swimmer for over ten years at Varsity and Club Level. I have quickly progressed in rowing, achieving second boat Varsity at Deerfield Academy (one of the top New England boarding school teams) my first season / sophmore year. I hope to continue this growth trajectory my junior year and should be in the first Varsity boat Junior spring.
