Personal Statement

I have goals and aspirations to be the best version of myself that I can be, that's my why. I work hard and don't quit until I get where I want to be and finish what I've started. I prioritize and focus on what needs to get done in order to succeed. I know how to organize my time between schoolwork and athletics, I proved this not only to myself this past fall, but also to my community. I was a dual-sport athlete this past fall, I ran cross country and volleyball, and I persevered and became a better athlete and person because of it. I wanted to see what I could do, and I definitely surprised myself. I am a hard worker and am a team player, I do what I have to do not only for my success, but also for my team's success.
