My name is Isabella "Bella" Moreno and i'm currently a student at Montclair High School. Along with being a strong student and a social justice advocate in my community, I consider myself a very determined, hardworking, and goal-oriented young woman. Since I first set foot in a boat in middle school, all I wanted to do was to be able to go fast and have fun. I believe that passion has carried over and grown beyond athletics and into my work ethic as a student and as a contributing citizen to society by the way I tackle and overcome challenges. In my short journey as a student-athlete, I have also realized that I do not want to be considered an average rower on a good team. I want to be a great rower on a great team. I've never been comfortable with sitting in the middle of the pack because if i'm going to commit to doing something I might as well give it one-hundred percent. This is what I believe has allowed me to experience success and I look forward to being part of a school community and collegiate program that will provide an opportunity for me to continue to grow and reach my highest potential.
