Going to the Alabama Final Four my freshman year was probably the best highlight of my high school soccer career so far. It was the first time Enterprise High School had made it that far in 10 years. It was amazing to be a part of that during my first year on Varsity. I was able to be a starter on the team and we would have never thought we could go that far since we were a pretty young team. But we were determined and focused to get there, and we loved each other as team members with a goal to go as far as possible. It was a sacrifice that myself and teammates made willingly but I know that I could not have ever do anything without God, my family, and friends.
I am blessed to have amazing coaches, teammates, and parents that have made me the person I am today. They have taught me about leadership, teamwork, and work ethic. Without these people, I would have never developed the skills and friendships that I will always have. I have played other many other sports but soccer called me and I felt like that is where I belong. Soccer is a stress reliever for me and the one thing I know I do not have to worry about. It is joyful for me to be on that field, playing the game I love. That is why I know I could do great things in college and keep pursuing my goals with the sport I love.
