Abbigail Marazzi '20 Recruiting Profile

I am a versatile field player. I have been a starter on the varsity Oneonta High School soccer team since the 7th grade and play club at Oneonta United FC. My coaches primarily play me at center mid, but I also play striker, left mid and outside defender. I am willing to play any position that will help my team win and my teammates say I’m a leader on an off the field. The team named me as one of the captains this past season as a sophomore. I am a member of the class of 2020 and involved in many activities within my school and community.

In my freshman year I ran for our schools’ Cross-Country team and made State.  I utilize Cross-Country as a tool that serves me well on the soccer field for endurance and speed. I am running for our Cross-Country team again this Fall season.  I have been a member of the OHS band from the 6^th grade until present serving as a section leader of flutes.  Additionally, I am a youth leader at my local church and involved in various community service and missions projects.  I am in the National Honors Society and have a 3.7 GPA.
