Hello coaches. My name is Danielle Cooper and I play for Surrey United Soccer Club 2004 (U16) in the BC Soccer Premier League. I am also involved in the BC Soccer Provincial Program, with match play against teams from other provinces as well as the Whitecaps GE Rex.

Soccer is my passion and it has always been my goal to play university soccer while getting my degree. I am a starting central defender and usually play full minutes every game. Some of my biggest strengths are my 1v1 defending, heading, and my positioning, knowing where I am and should be on the field. I am also working on being an offensive threat in the box on corner kicks. I am very tough, hardworking and I love competition. I am very coachable and am always looking for any opportunity to improve. It is also important to me to be a good teammate, always supporting and encouraging my fellow players.

Academically, I work hard as a student to maintain a 4.0 GPA. I am interested in the Sciences and am looking at getting a degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Sciences.
