Hi, my name is Hannah Grady and i currently play at Mt. San Antonio junior college in Walnut, CA. Out of high school (class of 2018) I did have offers on the table to go play at the collegiate level immediately, but felt I still needed to grow both mentally and physically as a player and I feel it has benefited me in knowing not only how to be a great and coachable athlete, but also a better teammate on and off the field for my players around me. I play both an attacking and/or holding midfield position. At this position I'm able to distribute the ball, control the pace of the game, and this position also enables me to shoot from the outside as I'm able to do really well. I see myself as a mentally tough athlete and as a person who is willing to work hard and compete, not so that I'm the best, but so I can get all my teammates at a competitive level where we will all succeed. I do not mind staying in state or going out of state.
This 2018 Fall season I started the season off as a starter and remained a starter throughout the season because of hard work on the field. I was able to score 5 goals from free kicks and outside shots, while also having 12 assists by chipping the ball over defenses, sending through balls, and dribbling the ball down the sidelines and crossing them in the box. I received 1st Team All Conference as a freshman, and feel I would be able to make an impact at the next level I end up at. I am and NCAA qualifier and am able to transfer at anytime, also without my AA.
Thank you for your time, I hope to be in touch with my future home soon!
