Hi, my name is Sinead Bermudez. I started playing soccer at six years old, and have always intended to play at the highest level I can get to. Because of the remote area that I live in, the nearest club is an hour and twenty minutes away, which I travel to each practice. This is one of the ways I am both passionate towards soccer, and dedicated to my team.
On the field, I try my best to lead by example, and uplift my teammates. I have strong technical skills, and can see the field well. I am also very coachable, and work to the best of ability each given chance.
As for school, I work hard to maintain A's in each class, and am somewhat of an overachiever. I take courses that challenge me, and that will open up more opportunities for my future. I am a youth soccer league referee, and am in the Interact Club.
For college, I am considering going into Physical Therapy, or Communications. I am looking to push myself both in academics, and on the field. I want to expand my horizons, and get a higher education through a college fit for me. It would be astounding if soccer could be my catalyst to help me fulfill these aspirations.
