Personal Statement

My collegiate goals and aspirations include attending medical school to gain a career in medical research as well as uphold my future in soccer. I am a self motivated and persistent player who began and continued to play for the love of the beautiful game. For this reason, I play each match with passion and play as if it were my last. Although each club game is played at a competitive level, and has its share of rough pushing and kicking, I do not wish to evoke quarrels during the game. I end each match with a professional attitude and strong sportsmanship. Throughout my life in soccer, I have played just about every position there is and have committed to whichever placement the coach puts me in. Character wise, I am inclusive to everyone I meet and try to form close bonds with others, but I always establish the line between socializing and real game time. As for my academics, I have always strived to do the best at a young age despite other extracurricular activities. I have pushed myself to get straight A's on each and every one of my classes including AP and honors classes. My education is very valuable to me just as well as soccer has been for the biggest part of my life. Whichever future team I become involved in, I aim to give it my all and play with the upmost respect for my team, coaches, and my opponent.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
