I believe the success that my team enjoued in 2019 was the direct resut of the bond we share that makes us want to play for each other. When we first began playing together, almost all of our victories were come from behind wins. I believe the trust and genuine support we have helps us to stay focused even when we are down and frustrated. I have a close relationship with each one of my teammates, which adds to the comradery and chemistry of the team and contributed to our 150-24 record. Although I am known for keeping things fun whenever we travel for tournaments (San Diego, Idaho, New York) I take practice and games very seriously. My academic career is the most important thing for me but soccer really helps me to manage my time and gives me a tool to balance the stress of school work. Although excelling in school and competing at a high level is challenging, I truly enjoy it. Covid-19 has slowed everything down for not, but I am excited about attending college next year and bringing back the rigour and pace of juggling school and soccer.
