My name is Nathallie Ojeda, I am a 19 year old student athlete. I am a competitor and I thrive in sports. I’ve been a varsity soccer starter for 4 years, I also have ran for cross-country and the track & field varsity teams. I may be small, but I know how to stand my ground without backing down. Being active in sports has given me focus and the confidence I need to tackle academics in high school.
I’ve learned through my experience in sports that versatility is a must when you play in a team and that players with varied skilled sets give coaches options. This gives your team the advantage in competition and gives you a higher probability of getting play time. I am learning that this also translates in other aspects of life.
I am a self-driven young lady and I am goal oriented. Being a student athlete, motivates me to stay on track academically. My priority is giving full attention to my coach, my team, and my classes. I look forward to what the future holds for me. I am excited to join a new team and to learn new systems and plays. Seeing other perspectives and receiving new guidance. I hope to find a program that best suits me both athletically and academically.
