Nicolasa Jacobs '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Nicolasa Jacobs.  I am currently attending Redondo Union High School in Redondo Beach, California, and will be graduating in 2023. I play for the Beach FC 05 ECNL  team under Coach Victoria Boardman. While we currently play in the ECNL league, we used to play in the Development Academy and made it into the quarter-finals of the DA Cup before it was shut down due to COVID-19. I am always challenging myself in both my athletics and my academics. My education is extremely important to me, which is why I always strive to do my best in school.  I am currently taking AP Psychology, AP US History, and AP Environmental Science. I am able to balance my athletics with my academics while maintaining a high GPA. 

I currently play both as an attacking midfielder and outside forward, but am willing to play wherever you see me fitting in on your team. Whenever I step on the field, my goal is to elevate my game, whether it is at a team practice or practicing on my own. I enjoy being an attacking player to help my team score goals, but it is equally as important to me that I put in the effort to recover and defend. No matter what I am doing, I always put in my best effort. I look forward to playing at the college level to continue to develop as a player and as a person.
