Playing soccer in college has always been a dream of mine. From the first time I played at age 4, I fell in love with the game. Through my early years, I also did gymnastics, competitive swimming & track, but my heart was always in soccer. I knew this was my sport! I have been described as easily coachable, hardworking, determined and tenacious. Some of my strengths include being able to read the game well, using my speed, skills and stopping 1v1s. Before playing defense, I was a forward for several years and am sometimes still used in this position when needed. I've been able to use that knowledge as a forward to make me a better defender. Outside of soccer, I am a very active member in my parish, St. Martin of Tours. I am a weekly usher and am also a group leader at the summer bible camp every year. I feel like this leadership and the lessons I've learned while helping others has crossed over onto the field as well.
