Hello! My name is Anna English and I have been a dedicated soccer player since age 6. Throughout my soccer career, my extraordinary mother, Donna, and Grandfather, Michael, have motivated and inspired me to achieve my goals . Ever since I was little I've dreamt about playing college soccer just like my mom and my grandfather. My competitive attitude and devotion to the game is what will get me there. I'm quite good at making connections with my teammates and forming bonds that help the team grow on and off the field. My dream for college soccer is to play competitively with a close team of players and coaches I can rely on. Academically, I'd like to graduate with a degree in Sports Medicine and a minor in art.
I've been a very active person through the pandemic. I've learned to surf, play the guitar, improve my art skills, and found a way to enjoy the little things. Of course, I practiced my soccer skills as well. My self-discipline helped me stay focused on academics and soccer through 2020. One of the best days this year was playing actual soccer games in Arizona.
I am constantly improving my game and striving to be a better player ever day. I respond well to constructive criticism from coaches and always look to correct my mistakes. I hope through communication I can end up being a great fit for your team!
Thank you and have a nice day!
