I've played on many different teams since I first started playing soccer at 4 years old and some were more significant than others, as I played on them longer, but no matter what, I always have my teammate's back and some of them are my greatest friends. Taking a leadership role and treating everyone in my life with respect is a priority for me so I am very coachable and strive to be one of the hardest working players with sound judgement that you’ll find.
I believe strong personal friendships and professional relationships are what give a lasting impact to others and myself. That's why I enjoy so much being a part of my soccer team. I like the responsibility and learning to trust others and having them rely on me. It motivates me to be an even better person on and off the field. I respect my coaches and value my relationship with them and how they push me to be mentally and physically strong.
I am proud of the commitment I've given to playing soccer over the years. Ever since I first stepped on the field, I have aspired to play at the collegiate level and have never looked back. I have a stamina that enables me to run and play the entire game with a consistent drive and determination. Staying in the best physical shape I can is also very important to me. When I'm not training with my team, I'm practicing with a private trainer or running on the coastal trail near my house or juggling the soccer ball in my backyard. I also cross-train by practicing yoga and playing tennis for my high school team. I have very high hand-eye coordination and quick receptors. I like to run and have a strong range with both my left and right foot.
I maintain a 4.0 GPA and am a high honors / Advanced Placement student as well as John Hopkins Center for Talented Youth student participating in STEM course work and workshops whenever I can. I'm also a member of the National Charity League Coastside Chapter.
