My name is Jordan Beaumont. I am in the graduating class of 2022. I go to Aragon High School, in San Mateo California. I am a 5'4", 1-2 guard. My first encounter with basketball was in 4th grade when I joined my school team. That was fun but not very competitive. After the school basketball season ended, my dad coaxed me to join Paye's Basketball Club. The competition was fierce but I loved it. Basketball has been my passion ever since. Currently, I am very successful in 3-point shooting. My speed, strength, and ability to foresee or anticipate passes make me a very successful defender. I take pride in my hard work-ethic and devotion to the game. I am also involved in volleyball. I am dedicated in not only becoming a successful athlete, but a student as well. This quarter I received an overall 3.85 GPA thus far. Most of my core classes are of honors level curriculum, achieving the school's honor roll. I love being part of a team and working toward perfection together. I hope this upcoming High School season and next summer's AAU competitions creates growth for me as an athlete and a person. I sincerely love the game of basketball. Creating a future through the game I love would be an unbelievable experience and my dream come true. I look forward to working hard and becoming the best player I can be. I am proud to say that I made it to my high school Varsity basketball team as a freshman in our 2018-19 season. I also was the only freshman to earn a consistent spot on that team's starting five, and for the first time in our school's girls' basketball program we took our Central Coast Section's (CCS)Championship Title and advanced to the quarterfinals of the Northern California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Division 2 playoffs or we know it as the State Championship playoffs. I vow to always work hard on my game and inspire my teammates to keep achieving this championship level of play with whichever team I play for. I believe my work ethic in academics and in basketball is what sets me apart from other candidates and I hope you will consider me for a spot on your team.
