Jade Johnson '23 Recruiting Profile

I come from a Military and Christian family. Good morals, hard work, and dedication are important to me. I put that energy into my daily life and soccer is a huge part of that. I have always enjoyed a challenge because only when we challenge ourselves can we progress in our craft, which to me is soccer. I fell in love with soccer at 8 years old. I am always looking for ways to improve myself and work hard for my team. I am usually a forward first and then a winger, but this last season, on Varsity, my team needed me on defense and it was my first time ever playing defense. I ended up receiving All-League Honorable Mention for defense. It's because of this I believe I am very coachable as I desire to continually progress, so whatever position you need me, I will try my best to succeed. I am a team player always striving for my teammates success as well. I hope for the opportunity to have a positive impact on a collegiate team as well as embrace the positive impact talented athletes and coaches can bring to me.
