Ryleigh Pittman '22 Recruiting Profile

     Hello, my name is Ryleigh Pittman. I am an incoming sophomore at Monte Vista High School and I live in San Diego, California. My goal has always been to earn an academic or athletic scholarship that will assist in paving my way through college.  I have been playing competitive soccer for 7 years. Most recently I have joined the DPL league with the Albion Soccer Club, located in Ocean Beach, California. I also play club volleyball as well. It takes discipline and hard work to prioritize which is why I aspire to get better at every practice and opportunity that presents itself. Both soccer and volleyball spark my athletic passion tremendously. Academically speaking, I am a straight A student, and am currently ranked 6th out of 400 in my freshman class.  Grades are definitely my number one priority, and I am extremely dedicated to reaching the highest possible goal in academics every year. The most enjoyable subject out of all my honors classes would be English, which is why I have been interested in pursuing Anthropology,  Journalism and Media Production as possible majors.
