Personal Statement
Hi Coach,
My name is Gitika Chaudhry and I am a junior at the King's Academy in Sunnyvale, CA. I play left and right outside back for my club, Santa Clara Sporting 02, and my varsity school team. I am a hard worker on and off the field, and I always aspire to be the very best I can be. My club coach always used to tell my team that a coach should never see his or her athlete unfit. Since that day, I have taken his words to heart and have worked hard even during the offseason, like running track for my school. I want to play soccer at the highest level that I possibly can, but also at a great academic school that values education. I have a 4.1 weighted GPA and have taken advantage of the multiple honors and AP classes that my school provides.
