My primary goal is to find a college that will challenge me academically, as well as be a good environmental fit. I also hope this school gives me an opportunity to continue playing soccer, a sport that I love and have been playing for 11 years already. What sets me apart from other candidates is the fact that I have not only moved clubs, but also moved countries throughout my career, and have successfully adapted my playing style to each new coaching environment. Being a goalkeeper has forced me into leadership, as my perspective on the field and communication with my teammates is crucial to our success. I wish to find a school in which I can continue to develop my athletic skills alongside a rigorous academic program, and bring to a collegiate team the leadership and commitment that I display.
