Personal Statement
Hello Future Coach,
My name is Faith Roth. I am a student at The Classical Academy in Colorado Springs. I have a high GPA and I play competitive soccer with Colorado Springs Pride Soccer Club. I am on the Copa 03 team even though I am only an 04. Soccer is such an important part of my life. Through playing soccer and working out I have learned to focus and, "keep the main thing, the main thing. " While some of my friends are socializing I am practicing for a higher goal, college soccer, and pre-med! I believe discipline, focus and practice are life skills that will not only help in soccer but in life. I play center defense, and goalkeeper and if you need subs for center forward and mid-field center I am your person. I am strong. I workout several days a week on top of soccer practice and have great ball-handling skills. I am a team leader and was blessed to be selected as team captain last year. My high school coach, during awards, shared how she appreciated my encouragement of my teammates. I am very teachable and strive to be one of the hardest working players and one of the hardest working recruits you’ll find.

- AwardsHello, my name is Faith Roth, some of my achievements are I am a peer leader with Sources of Strength at my High School. A program for prevention of suicide. Peers helping peers. I am also part of the National Society of High School Scholars. As well as I have been actively involved in AWANA's since I was 3 years old a Bible based curriculum that awards scholarships. I have also been featured with Focus on the Families Bring your Bible to School day broadcasts.
- ActivitiesI am actively involved with my church and have lead several student Bible studies, as well as a leader in VBS Bible studies and I am a youth speaker for our youth group. I am also part of a worship team. I have been fortunate enough to have been involved on two Leader Treks mission trips. Both involving help rebuild youth mission buildings and lead VBS. I have also been involved with David Clifton Ministries in Denver. An outreach to feed the homeless.
