The main goals I have set for my junior year is to improve on my leadership skills, improving on my skill level, learning new positions on the field, getting out of my comfort zone and pushing myself past new limits. But also creating a relationship with my team, my coaches. Working on being a leader on and off the field. Work on helping my teammates more if they ask for help. But also taking criticism from my coaches and teammates. Improving on who I am as a player. Doing what I can do to help myself and my teammates.
