Kalyna Dugar '24 Recruiting Profile

Soccer has been a strong passion of mine since I was eight years old. From a young age, I have always known that I would put my blood, sweat, and tears into the sport that I hold dear. While this soccer journey has not been easy, I am dedicated to improving my skills and realizing my full potential.

I am very vocal and help guide my teammates on the field to progress plays. On and off the field I strive to have a relationship with everyone on the team for the environment to be as inclusive as possible. Many have said that I am coachable and a fast learner; I plan to use that to help me and my team succeed. Not only do I use that to my advantage on the field but also in the classroom and extracurricular activities.

I take my academics very seriously and withhold a Cumulative Weighted GPA of 4.919 and a Cumulative GPA of 4.000. I am involved in school and the community. Since 2017 I have been a part of the Coral Springs Basketball Club as a bookkeeper. Some of my responsibilities are to document game records for each point scored, fouls made by each player, how long each player played for each game, and noting timeout privileges. I am also currently in the SAS Volunteer Notetaking Program at Florida Atlantic University and sharing notes with students with disabilities.  

I am open and am looking for a program that will best suit me academically and has a competitive soccer program. I have the desire and I want to be successful in all aspects of soccer and scholastically. I plan to be a role model whether being watched or not and have a positive impact.
