Madison Gardner '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Madison Gardner and I am finishing up my junior year in high school. I play for Clearwater Chargers and I am a starter on my club and high school team. I was also chosen by my teammates to be a captain for my club and high school team. I have been playing soccer for 10 years. Throughout those 10 years, I have had opportunities to  further my development as a player. In 2019, I had the chance to go to Arizona and do a national training camp with ODP. It was a great chance to further my skills and it has made me fall in love with the sport and want to play at the next level. Just this year, I got defensive player of the year for my high school team. I would be grateful to have any opportunity to play at the next level anywhere I got a chance too. Soccer is very important to me and I would love to be able to be successful at the next level, but I also feel it is very important to get a good education. It has always been my dream to be a teacher and I would love to major in Early Childhood Education or Special Education.
